Tulip Monsella — Sector 53, Golf Course Road, Gurugram
Launched in 2022, this ultra-luxury landmark on Golf Course Road is among Gurugram’s tallest residential developments. It represents Tulip’s bold expansion into the super-premium segment, with expansive 3, 4 & 5 BHK residences across ten towers. Under Mr. Vipin Jain’s direction, every aspect—from brand positioning, investor outreach, and financing strategy to pre-launch marketing and channel-partner engagement—was meticulously planned. His leadership ensured record-breaking sales momentum at launch and sustained buyer confidence through transparent communication and phased execution governance.




Tulip Crimson — Sector 70, Gurugram
Launched in 2024, Tulip Crimson spans 9.25 acres and features five 36-storey towers of 4 BHK luxury residences. The project achieved an unprecedented ₹ 1,500 crore in bookings on its first day. As Director, Mr. Jain led the end-to-end strategy—overseeing the product, pricing, and marketing roll-out. He spearheaded the integration of digital sales tools, personalized client engagement programs, and partnerships with leading channel associates—solidifying Tulip’s leadership in the high-rise luxury market.
Tulip Yellow — Sector 69, Gurugram
Launched in 2020 and delivered in phases, with Phase 1 handed over in 2025, Tulip Yellow introduced a resort-inspired residential lifestyle in Gurugram’s growing micro-market. Mr. Jain guided the entire marketing narrative and financial structuring of the project, ensuring strong capital discipline while maintaining a customer-centric focus. His coordination with construction, finance, and CRM teams enabled Tulip to meet possession milestones despite sector-wide headwinds, reinforcing the brand’s reliability.
Tulip Violet & Violet Extension — Sector 69, Gurugram
Tulip Violet, launched in 2011 and delivered in 2017, spans ≈ 25 acres with 25 towers. The Violet Extension (A9 & A10), launched in 2025, continues this legacy with new 4 BHK inventory. Mr. Jain personally oversaw large-scale sales planning, marketing execution, and customer-service alignment for Violet—achieving full occupancy soon after handover. His long-term associate relationships and CRM systems have sustained resident satisfaction and strong resale performance.
Tulip Leaf — Sector 69, Gurugram
A single, 20-storey tower of exclusive 3 BHK homes, launched in 2020 and delivered in 2022, Tulip Leaf embodies the group’s “boutique luxury” approach. Mr. Jain managed all commercial planning and customer-relations functions—aligning sales pipelines, payment structures, and after-sales service. His meticulous oversight of cash flow ensured early completion and seamless possession for residents.
Tulip White — Sector 69, Gurugram
Delivered in 2014, this nine-tower 3 BHK community strengthened Tulip’s presence in the mid-premium category. Mr. Jain supervised every operational aspect—marketing campaigns, sales channel training, finance approvals, and possession logistics. His direct involvement in resolving customer queries and ensuring payment transparency resulted in a smooth delivery experience and high resident retention.
Tulip Purple — Sector 69, Gurugram
Delivered in 2015, Purple features seven towers of 4 BHK homes that established Tulip as a quality-driven mid-luxury developer. Mr. Jain led all customer-facing initiatives, including pre-sales orientation sessions, financial management, and coordination with channel partners. Launched in 2014 and delivered in 2019, Lemon marked Tulip’s foray into affordable housing, comprising 754 units of 1 & 2 BHK apartments. Built using advanced Mivan technology, it set new benchmarks for speed and quality. Mr. Jain directed financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and end-user sales strategies aligned with the government’s housing-for-all vision. His leadership ensured complete sell-through and timely handover—cementing Tulip’s reputation across all buyer segments.
Tulip Ivory — Sector 70, Gurugram
Delivered in 2013, Ivory combines 48 grand villas and six apartment towers of 4 BHK units—blending luxury and privacy. Mr. Jain managed project financing, construction cash flow, and premium client relationship management. His ability to align multiple teams—from architects to financiers—ensured precision delivery and lasting brand differentiation in the villa segment.
Tulip Orange — Sector 70, Gurugram
Delivered in 2013, Orange offered 3 BHK apartments with comprehensive amenities, positioning Tulip as a dependable developer on the emerging Southern Peripheral Road corridor.
